How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will be asked why you are returning the item.
- You will get a confirmation email with your return number and a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Must be in its original condition.
- Unused and unassembled.
- In the original packaging and all materials.
- All manuals and accessories intact.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
I've changed my mind
- If you have changed your mind and no longer want the item or items you have purchased, you will have to pay for the item to be sent back to us.
- The item must be unused, unassembled, in its original condition and packaging with all materials.
- We recommend using a tracked service.
- We can arrange a collection from you but charges do apply.
My item is damaged or faulty
- We are sorry to hear this, please fill out the returns form and select the option of damage or faulty. Please leave our team a note explaining the issue.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
